* VISIBILITY...LESS THAN A 1/4 MILE AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...POOR VISIBILITIES WILL BE COMMON...EXPECT SUDDEN
  CHANGES TO VISIBILITY WHEN ENCOUNTERING DENSE FOG.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
