.LIGHT WINDS AND A COLD DRY AIRMASS WILL ALLOW FOR TEMPERATURES
NEAR OR SLIGHTLY BELOW FREEZING IN PARTS OF THE HILL COUNTRY FOR A
FEW HOURS AROUND SUNRISE THIS MORNING. BY 10 AM...ALL AREAS WILL
WARM TO WELL ABOVE FREEZING.
