* TIMING...LATE TONIGHT INTO SATURDAY MORNING.

* TEMPERATURE...TEMPERATURES WILL FALL TO THE 30 TO 32 DEGREE
  RANGE BY 2 AM OR EVEN EARLIER AND PERSIST UNTIL MID MORNING.

* IMPACTS...FREEZING TEMPERATURES WILL KILL SENSITIVE PLANTS. BE
  PREPARED TO COVER OR BRING SENSITIVE PLANTS INDOORS.
