BROWNSVILLE METRO. EVEN THOUGH PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL LINGER ACROSS
THE BROWNSVILLE AREA UNTIL THE COLD FRONT PASSES...OVERALL
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO RAPIDLY IMPROVE BY 7 AM.
