AS OF 5:30 AM...LOW CLOUDS AND LOCALLY DENSE FOG HAVE DEVELOPED
ACROSS MUCH OF THE CENTRAL VALLEY FROM RED BLUFF SOUTH INTO THE
SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY. VISIBILITIES WILL LIKELY CONTINUE TO BE AT A
QUARTER MILE THROUGH LATE MORNING BEFORE IMPROVING.

SLOW DOWN...USE EXTRA CAUTION AND USE LOW-BEAM HEADLIGHTS AS YOU
TRAVEL THROUGH FOG.
