PARTS OF PUERTO RICO THROUGH THE NEXT FEW HOURS. THESE SHOWERS AND STORMS
WILL BRING PERIODS OF MODERATE TO LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN...LIGHTNING...AND
BRIEF GUSTY WINDS. RUNOFF FROM PREVIOUS RAINFALL WILL KEEP LOW LYING
AREAS WITH ACCUMULATIONS OF WATER UNTIL THEY SLOWLY RECEDE.
