.NOW...SHOWERS ARE NOW STARTING TO AFFECT THE NORTH CENTRAL AND
NORTHWESTERN SECTIONS OF PUERTO RICO. IT IS LIKELY FOR
THUNDERSTORMS TO DEVELOP ACROSS THESE AREAS...CAUSING MODERATE TO
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL...OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING AND STRONG GUSTY
WINDS. THIS SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE UNTIL ABOUT 5PM AST. EXPECT PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS
AND IN POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.
