ACROSS THE AREA THROUGH MID MORNING. MOST OF THE FOG SHOULD
DISSIPATE BY 9 AM. MOTORISTS TRAVELING SHOULD BE ALERT FOR
RAPIDLY CHANGING VISIBILITIES.
