THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE OVER HIGHER TERRAIN...AND OPEN COUNTRY.
LITTLE IF ANY PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED...BUT ANY STORMS THAT DEVELOP
COULD PRODUCE GUSTY WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH. OTHERWISE SKIES WILL
BE PARTLY TO MOSTLY SUNNY THIS AFTERNOON.
