AT 515 AM...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED
OVER SOUTHWEST WASHINGTON AND NORTHWEST OREGON FROM ALONG THE
EAST SLOPES OF THE COASTAL MOUNTAINS THROUGH THE INLAND VALLEYS TO
THE CASCADES...AND FROM ABOUT SWEET HOME TO ALSEA OREGON NORTHWARD
THROUGH COWLITZ COUNTY WASHINGTON. THE MOST ACTIVE THUNDERSTORMS
WERE IN THE STAYTON AND DETROIT AREAS...WITH ANOTHER STORM ON THE
EAST SIDE OF THE PORTLAND METRO AREA. DANGEROUS LIGHTNING...BRIEF
HEAVY RAIN...AND SMALL HAIL ARE POSSIBLE THIS MORNING. SCATTERED
SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL DECREASE FROM SOUTH TO
NORTH BY MID TO LATE MORNING.
