FOG IN THE TUALATIN RIVER VALLEY AND IN THE LOWER COLUMBIA RIVER
VALLEY WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE MID MORNING HOURS. POCKETS OF
DENSE FOG EXIST...PARTICULARLY AROUND HILLSBORO AND BETWEEN
SCAPPOOSE AND NORTH PORTLAND ALONG HIGHWAY 30. IN ADDITION...FOG
WILL BE OCCASIONALLY DENSE ALONG INTERSTATE 5...PARTICULARLY NEAR
THE INTERSTATE BRIDGE. TEMPERATURES ARE ALSO NEAR FREEZING IN
MANY OF THESE PLACES EARLY THIS MORNING SO ROADS MAY BE SLICK
FROM FROST BUILD UP.
