HAIL, BRIEF HEAVY RAIN, AND WIND GUSTS TO 30 MPH WILL DEVELOP
ACROSS AREAS OF NORTHEASTERN WASHINGTON AND THE NORTHERN IDAHO
PANHANDLE. AS OF 315PM...THE STRONGEST CELLS STRETCHED FROM RUBY
TO NORTHEASTERN KOOTENAI COUNTY BUT ADDITIONAL SHOWERS ARE
BLOSSOMING ACROSS FROM REPUBLIC TO SPOKANE TO MOSCOW AND POINTS
EAST. SHOWERS ARE TRACKING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 25 TO 35 MPH.
