AREAS OF DENSE FOG HAVE BEEN NOTED THROUGHOUT THE COLUMBIA BASIN
AND ONTO THE WATERVILLE PLATEAU. VISIBILITIES AT OR BELOW ONE
QUARTER OF A MILE WILL BE POSSIBLE LEADING TO DIFFICULT DRIVING
CONDITIONS. EXPECT AREAS OF DENSE FOG TO BE PRESENT THROUGH AT
LEAST 10 AM THIS MORNING.
