THROUGH 400 PM PDT ISOLATED SLOW MOVING...TO NEARLY
STATIONARY...THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE HOURLY RAIN RATES UP TO
AN INCH PER HOUR. THE AREA OF CONCERN WILL BE WITH THUNDERSTORMS
BETWEEN CHEWELAH AND ADDY MOVING SLOWLY NORTHEAST. THE OTHER AREA
OF HIGH CONCERN WILL BE FROM METALLINE FALLS TO THE NORTH END OF
PRIEST LAKE. EXPECT VERY HEAVY DOWNPOURS WILL LOCALIZED PONDING
AND QUICK RISES IN SMALLER CREEKS. VERY SMALL HAIL WILL BE
POSSIBLE.
