AREA INCLUDING QUINCY...GEORGE...AND EPHRATA...WHERE SURFACE
TEMPERATURES ARE STILL RUNNING BELOW FREEZING. MAIN HIGHWAY ROAD
TEMPERATURES ARE RUNNING ABOVE FREEZING...BUT AREAS OF FREEZING
RAIN MAY CAUSE ICY SURFACES ON SIDE ROADS...DRIVEWAYS AND OVER
PASSES. DRIVE WITH CARE EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. TEMPERATURES ARE
EXPECTED TO SLOWLY WARM THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.
