GUAM-GUAM WATERS-
730 PM CHST TUE SEP 23 2014

.NOW...
THROUGH 900 PM...HEAVY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS
GUAM AND ADJACENT WATERS. ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN WITH LOCALLY
HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS GUAM. THIS CAN CAUSE RAPID RISES
ON STREAM AND RIVER LEVELS...PONDING ON ROADWAYS AND IN LOW LYING
AREAS. THUNDERSTORMS WITH OCCASIONAL CLOUD-TO-GROUND AND
CLOUD-TO-WATER LIGHTNING ARE ALSO EXPECTED.

IF YOU WILL BE DRIVING...BE ALERT FOR PONDING OF WATER ON ROADS AND
LOW VISIBILITIES IN HEAVY SHOWERS. MARINERS CAN EXPECT VISIBILITIES
BELOW ONE NAUTICAL MILE IN THE HEAVIEST RAIN. IF YOU SEE LIGHTNING
OR HEAR THUNDER...SEEK SHELTER INDOORS OR GO BELOW DECKS.
