NOW THROUGH 800 AM...MODERATE TO HEAVY SHOWERS AND ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE WESTWARD THROUGH GUAM WATERS. THE HEAVIEST
SHOWERS WILL AFFECT THE WATERS WEST OF GUAM...WHERE VISIBILITY WILL
DROP BELOW ONE NAUTICAL MILE AT TIMES. THUNDERSTORMS CAN PRODUCE
DANGEROUS CLOUD TO WATER LIGHTNING. WINDS WILL GUST UP TO 25 KNOTS
IN SHOWERS.

BOATERS SHOULD STAY IN PORT UNTIL THE HEAVY SHOWERS HAVE PASSED. IF
YOU SEE LIGHTNING OR HEAR THUNDER...GET BELOW DECK.
