THROUGH 600 PM...A LINE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BRING
LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN AND OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING TO CENTRAL GUAM...WHICH
WILL THEN GRADUALLY SPREAD NORTHWARD TO DEDEDO AND YIGO. THESE
SHOWERS WILL PRODUCE AN INCH OR TWO OF RAIN...RESULTING IN FLOODING
OF ROADS AND LOW-LYING AREAS.

IF YOU WILL BE DRIVING...BE ALERT FOR PONDING OF WATER ON ROADS AND
LOW VISIBILITIES IN HEAVY SHOWERS. MARINERS CAN EXPECT VISIBILITIES
BELOW ONE NAUTICAL MILE IN THE HEAVIEST RAIN. IF YOU SEE LIGHTNING
OR HEAR THUNDER...SEEK SHELTER INDOORS OR GO BELOW DECKS.
