THROUGH 300 PM...TWO SEPARATE AREAS OF SLOW-MOVING SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BRING LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN AND OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING
TO DEDEDO AND THE SOUTHERN MOUNTAINS OF GUAM NEAR UMATAC AND MERIZO.
THESE SHOWERS WILL PRODUCE AN INCH OR TWO OF RAIN...RESULTING IN
BRIEF FLOODING OF ROADS AND LOW-LYING AREAS.

IF YOU WILL BE DRIVING...BE ALERT FOR PONDING OF WATER ON ROADS AND
LOW VISIBILITIES IN HEAVY SHOWERS. MARINERS CAN EXPECT VISIBILITIES
BELOW ONE NAUTICAL MILE IN THE HEAVIEST RAIN. IF YOU SEE LIGHTNING
OR HEAR THUNDER...SEEK SHELTER INDOORS OR GO BELOW DECKS.
