THROUGH 130 PM...SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BRING LOCALLY HEAVY
RAIN OF AN INCH OR MORE AND OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING TO PARTS OF GUAM
AND ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS. THE MOUNT ALUTOM AREA ALONG WITH THE
SIGUA RIVER AND MANY HIKING TRAILS WILL BE AT RISK FOR HEAVY RAIN
AND FLOODING CONDITIONS.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT VISIBILITIES BELOW ONE NAUTICAL MILE IN THE
HEAVIEST RAIN.

IF YOU WILL BE DRIVING...BE ALERT FOR PONDING OF WATER ON ROADS AND
LOW VISIBILITIES IN HEAVY RAINFALL. IF YOU SEE LIGHTNING OR HEAR
THUNDER...SEEK SHELTER INDOORS OR BELOW DECKS.
