THE LEADING EDGE OF THE STEADY RAIN WILL MOVE TO CENTRAL MINNESOTA
BETWEEN NOW AND 930 AM AND TO EASTERN MINNESOTA AND WESTERN WISCONSIN
BETWEEN 930 AM AND NOON.

A WIDESPREAD TENTH TO A QUARTER INCH OF RAIN IS EXPECTED ACCUMULATE
ACROSS MOST OF MINNESOTA THROUGH THE DAY TODAY...WITH LESSER AMOUNTS
IN WESTERN WISCONSIN.
