9 AM. THE LEADING EDGE OF STEADY LIGHT RAIN WILL REACH A LONE
ROCK...MADISON TO KENOSHA LINE AROUND 10 AM...AND THE
DELLS...JUNEAU TO MILWAUKEE LINE BY 11 AM. LOOK FOR OCCASIONAL
DRIZZLE AND AREAS OF FOG OVER ALL OF SOUTHERN WISCONSIN AHEAD OF
THE LIGHT RAIN.
