EARLY THIS MORNING. VISIBILITIES IN THE FOG COULD FALL DOWN TO
LESS THAN ONE MILE AT TIMES IN THE FOG...AND DRIVERS IN THE
INTERIOR AREAS NEED TO SLOW DOWN AND USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS WHILE
DRIVING THROUGH THE FOG.
