RAIN AND SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE OVER CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN MIAMI-
DADE COUNTY THROUGH THE LATE AFTERNOON HOURS. THE HEAVIER SHOWERS
WILL BE MAINLY SOUTH OF KENDALL DRIVE AND EAST OF THE TURNPIKE,
EXTENDING ACROSS BISCAYNE BAY TO KEY BISCAYNE AND THE ATLANTIC
WATERS WELL OFFSHORE. SOME MINOR PONDING OF WATER IS POSSIBLE ON
STREETS IN THIS AREA. ELSEWHERE, SPOTTY AND LIGHT SHOWERS WILL
LINGER OVER THE NORTHERN HALF OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY AND SOUTHERN
BROWARD COUNTY. WINDS WILL REMAIN GUSTY OVER ALL OF SOUTHEAST
FLORIDA THROUGH LATE AFTERNOON, WITH OCCASIONAL GUSTS OF 25 TO 30
MPH AND AS HIGH AS 35 MPH AT THE BEACHES.
