AN NARROW BAND OF RAIN IS MOVING ACROSS THE MID SOUTH FROM THE
MISSISSIPPI RIVER EAST THIS MORNING. POCKETS OF HEAVY RAIN WILL
REDUCE VISIBILITIES SO TRAVELERS NEED TO USE CAUTION. THE RAIN WILL
LIKELY DIMINISH AND MOVE OUT OF ALL THE MID SOUTH BY NOON.
