THE TENNESSEE AND MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEYS. WHILE MOST LOCATIONS
WILL NOT EXPERIENCE VISIBILITIES DOWN TO A QUARTER
MILE...CONDITIONS CAN RAPIDLY CHANGE OVER SMALL DISTANCES WHERE
DENSE FOG HAS DEVELOPED. VISIBILITIES WILL RAPIDLY IMPROVE AFTER
SUNRISE.
