COUNTIES PRIMARILY BETWEEN CAMARILLO AND VAN NUYS. HIGHWAY 101
WILL BE MOST AFFECTED...AS WELL AS TOPANGA CANYON AND MALIBU
CANYON ROADS. MOTORISTS SHOULD ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR THE MORNING
COMMUTE. SLOW DOWN AND INCREASE THE DISTANCE BETWEEN YOUR VEHICLE
AND THE VEHICLES AROUND YOU...AND USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS.

IMPROVING CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED LATER THIS MORNING.
