FROM NORTH PLATTE THROUGH BASSETT. LOCALLY DENSE FOG WITH
VISIBILITIES AS LOW AS A QUARTER MILE WILL BE POSSIBLE FOR
PORTIONS OF FRONTIER...EASTERN LINCOLN...CUSTER...BLAINE...
ROCK...WESTERN HOLT AND WESTERN BOYD COUNTY. THE FOG WILL PERSIST
THROUGH DAYBREAK...THEN GRADUALLY LIFT AND END BY 10 AM CST.
