THROUGH 400 PM...ISOLATED SHOWERS WILL AFFECT OFFSHORE WATERS
SURROUNDING THE LOWER AND MIDDLE KEYS. THESE SHOWERS WILL MOVE TO THE
EAST AT AROUND 15 KNOTS. THE STRONGEST SHOWERS WILL PRODUCE WIND
GUSTS NEAR 25 KNOTS AND MODERATE RAIN...TEMPORARILY REDUCING THE
VISIBILITY TO NEAR FIVE MILES. THE MAJORITY OF SHOWERS WILL BE LOCATED
OVER THE FLORIDA STRAITS SOUTH OF THE MIDDLE KEYS.
