MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN. LOCALIZED DOWNPOURS AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES
ARE EXPECTED DURING THE MORNING WORK COMMUTE. SHOWERS WILL BE
INTENSE ENOUGH TO LEAD TO PONDING OF WATER IN LOW-LYING AREAS AND
ROAD INTERSECTIONS.
