FOG HAS DEVELOPED IN THE NORTON AREA WITH VISIBILITIES AROUND
ONE HALF MILE OR LESS. THE FOG SHOULD DECREASE IN COVERAGE WITH
VISIBILITIES IMPROVING BY 8 AM CDT AS NORTH WINDS DEVELOP BRINGING
DRIER AIR INTO THE AREA. MOTORISTS TRAVELING ACROSS NORTON COUNTY
SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR SUDDEN REDUCTIONS IN VISIBILITY AND ADJUST
THEIR DRIVING SPEEDS ACCORDINGLY.
