COLORADO...NORTHWEST KANSAS AND EXTREME SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA.
VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED TO AS LOW AS ONE HALF OF A MILE. IN
ADDITION...BELOW FREEZING TEMPERATURES MAY LEAD TO SOME ICY
SURFACES. USE CAUTION IF TRAVELING THIS MORNING DUE TO RAPIDLY
CHANGING VISIBILITIES.
