CLEAR BEHIND AN AREA OF SHOWERS MOVING TO THE EAST.  LOCATIONS
AFFECTED WILL STRETCH FROM ADA AND MAHNOMEN SOUTH AND EAST THROUGH
TWIN VALLEY...LAKE PARK...PERHAM AND SEBEKA.  WINDS WILL DIMINISH
OVER THIS REGION FROM WEST TO EAST BETWEEN 230 PM AND 330 PM THIS
AFTERNOON.
