FROM VALLEY CITY SOUTHWARD TO GWINNER. WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS UP
TO AROUND 30 MPH...WITH SOME GUSTS POSSIBLY ABOVE 40 MPH...ARE
EXPECTED DURING THIS TIME. FOR THE MAJORITY OF THE
AFTERNOON...WESTERLY WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BE BETWEEN 20 AND 30
MPH...WITH GUSTS AROUND 35 MPH.
