NORTHERN RED RIVER VALLEY DURING THE NEXT FEW HOURS. SOME FLAKES
OF SNOW ARE ALSO NOT OUT OF THE QUESTION. THE LIGHT PRECIPITATION
COULD BRING A VERY LIGHT COATING TO SOME SURFACES. MOTORISTS OUT
IN THE REGION DURING THE EARLY MORNING HOURS SHOULD USE CAUTION.
