VISIBILITY AS LOW AS ONE QUARTER MILE. USE CAUTION THIS MORNING IF
TRAVELING...AND BE PREPARED FOR RAPID CHANGES IN VISIBILITY. CONDITIONS
ARE EXPECTED TO IMPROVE BY THE MID MORNING HOURS.
