FOLLOW BEHIND A CLOUD LINE MOVING FROM NORTHEAST TO SOUTHWEST ACROSS THE
AREA THROUGH 10 PM. EXPECT WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH AND A TEMPERATURE
DROP OF 5 TO 10 DEGREES AS THE BOUNDARY PASSES.
