COUNTIES OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS. HEAVY RAINFALL WITH
INSTANTANEOUS RATES EXCEEDING ONE INCH PER HOUR...GUSTY WINDS UP
TO 35 MPH...AND ISOLATED LIGHTNING CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THIS LINE
OF SHOWERS AND STORMS. MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR RAPID
REDUCTIONS IN VISIBILITY IN HEAVY RAIN.
