ACROSS THE COASTAL PLAINS AND THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS.
RAINFALL WILL BE LIGHT TO MODERATE WITH THESE SHOWERS. RAINFALL
AMOUNTS WILL GENERALLY BE LESS THAN A TENTH OF AN INCH WITH
ISOLATED AMOUNTS UP TO A QUARTER OF AN INCH OVER THE MID-COAST
REGION. VISIBILITY WILL LOWER TO LESS THAN 2 MILES AT TIMES WITH
THE MODERATE SHOWERS.
