LINE FROM ROCKPORT TO ALICE. A THUNDERSTORM MAY ALSO DEVELOP WITHIN
THIS REGION. AFFECTED MARINERS AND RESIDENTS SHOULD PREPARE FOR
BRIEF GUSTY WIND...MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL...AND POSSIBLE CLOUD
TO SURFACE LIGHTNING. IN ADDITION...PATCHY FOG WILL BE POSSIBLE
ACROSS THE NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE COASTAL BEND WITH VISIBILITIES
RANGING FROM 1 TO 4 MILES.

MOTORISTS SHOULD DRIVE WITH CAUTION IN AREAS OF REDUCED
VISIBILITY. USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH
