BE LOWEST OVER INLAND AREAS OF CALHOUN COUNTY...AND MOST OF
VICTORIA...GOLIAD...AND REFUGIO COUNTIES...WHERE VISIBILITIES OF
LESS THAN 1/2 MILE WILL BE COMMON BEFORE 8 AM. ELSEWHERE...ISOLATED
VISIBILITIES OF 1/2 MILE OR LESS WILL BE POSSIBLE. MOTORISTS
SHOULD USE CAUTION WHILE TRAVELING THROUGH AREAS OF REDUCED
VISIBILITY...AND ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME TO REACH DESTINATIONS.
