BETWEEN 9 AND 10 AM...BUT UNTIL SUCH TIME VISIBILITIES MAY REMAIN
AROUND A HALF MILE AT TIMES. BE PREPARED FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING
VISIBILITIES OVER A SHORT DISTANCE TONIGHT.
