...AN AREA OF SHOWERS PRODUCING MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN THIS
AFTERNOON IN WYOMING AND ALLEGANY COUNTIES...

AT 415 PM...THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN
AREA OF SHOWER ACTIVITY PRODUCING MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN ACROSS
SOUTHEASTERN WYOMING COUNTY AND CENTRAL ALLEGANY COUNTY...THIS INCLUDES
THE TOWNS OF PORTAGEVILLE...CASTLE...AND BELFAST. THIS ALSO
INCLUDES LETCHWORTH STATE PARK. THESE SHOWERS ARE MOVING SLOWLY
AND HAVE THE CAPABILITY OF PRODUCING MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL OF
UP TO A HALF OF AN INCH IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. RAINFALL MAY
CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON AREA ROADWAYS AND POOR DRAINAGE
FLOODING.
