.NOW...AN OUTFLOW BOUNDARY MOVING THROUGH THE TREASURE VALLEY WILL
BRING WINDS UP TO 40 MPH AND REDUCE VISIBILITY IN BLOWING DUST.
THE OUTFLOW WILL REACH BOISE AROUND 645 PM MDT. THE BLOWING DUST
WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY DOWN TO ONE MILE SO THOSE TRAVELING ALONG
INTERSTATE 84 SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR LOWER VISIBILITIES AND SLOW
DOWN IF NECESSARY.
