THE LATEST SATELLITE IMAGERY AND SURFACE OBSERVATIONS SHOW POCKETS
OF FOG...EXTENDING FROM SOUTHWEST NORTH DAKOTA INTO NORTH CENTRAL
NORTH DAKOTA. VISIBILITIES ARE MAINLY RANGING BETWEEN ONE AND SIX
MILES...HOWEVER...LOCALIZED DENSE FOG WITH A VISIBILITY LESS THAN
ONE QUARTER MILE IS BEING REPORTED IN PLACES LIKE HETTINGER...
HARVEY...AND STANLEY. EXPECT THESE CONDITIONS TO CONTINUE THROUGH
MID MORNING THURSDAY.

MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO PLAN AHEAD AND ALLOW EXTRA TRAVEL TIME IN
REACHING YOUR DESTINATION DURING THE MORNING COMMUTE. USE YOUR
LOW BEAMS...AND BE PREPARED TO SLOW DOWN FOR ABRUPT CHANGES IN
VISIBILITY.
