OF THE MORNING...ESPECIALLY ALONG AND NORTHEAST OF INTERSTATE 94.
ANY ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE MAINLY A DUSTING AND MOSTLY ON GRASSY
SURFACES. EVEN THE DUSTINGS OF SNOW WILL MAINLY BE ACROSS CLARK
AND TAYLOR COUNTIES. BRISK NORTHWEST WINDS AND RETURNING COLDER
AIR WILL PRODUCE TEMPERATURES FALLING INTO THE MID AND UPPER 20S
THROUGH THE MORNING.
