HOUR ACROSS THE SOUTHEASTERN TEXAS PANHANDLE THROUGH 6 AM THIS
MORNING. MOST OF THE ACTIVITY WILL STAY SOUTHEAST OF A LINE FROM
ALLISON TO HEDLEY WITH RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO A TENTH OF AN INCH
POSSIBLE.
