.NOW...
AT 313 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN
AREA OF SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY
RAINFALL FROM POCOMOKE CITY TO 13 MILES SOUTH OF CHINCOTEAGUE. THE
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE NEARLY STATIONARY. THE THUNDERSTORMS
WILL BE NEAR BEAVER DAM AROUND 330 PM EDT...NEW CHURCH AROUND 340 PM
EDT...AND HORNTOWN AROUND 415 PM EDT.

EXPECT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND HEAVY RAINFALL WITH THESE
STORMS. PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS AND FLOODING OF DITCHES...AND
LOW LYING OR POOR DRAINAGE AREAS IS ALSO POSSIBLE. IF YOU HEAR
THUNDER...YOU ARE CLOSE ENOUGH TO BE STRUCK BY LIGHTNING. MOVE INTO
A SAFE SHELTER BEFORE THESE STORMS REACH YOUR AREA. REMAIN INDOORS
UNTIL THE STORMS HAVE PASSED.
