RAIN...HEAVY AT TIMES...WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE DAY WITH
RAINFALL RATES UP TO 1 TO 2 TENTHS OF AN INCH PER HOUR. RAINFALL
AMOUNTS UP TO 1 INCH BY 10 AM. WINDS 10 TO 20 MPH WILL INCREASE
IN THE LATE MORNING TO 25 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS POSSIBLE. WINDS
WITH HEAVY RAIN WILL INCREASE THE THREAT OF MUDSLIDES.
