SPOTTY LIGHT SHOWERS AND AN OCCASIONAL THUNDERSTORM WILL DRIFT TO THE
SOUTHEAST ACROSS PORTIONS OF WESTERN AND SOUTH CENTRAL NEW MEXICO
THIS MORNING.  THROUGH 830 AM MDT...A SMALL CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS
WILL MOVE INTO NORTHERN CIBOLA COUNTY...EVENTUALLY IMPACTING THE
INTERSTATE 40 CORRIDOR BETWEEN GRANTS AND LAGUNA. RAIN SHOWERS WILL
ALSO CONTINUE OVER SOUTHWEST CATRON COUNTY INCLUDING THE WHITEWATER
BALDY BURN SCAR. OVERNIGHT REPORTS IN THIS AREA RANGE FROM A FEW
HUNDRETHS TO A FEW TENTHS OF AN INCH AND CONTINUED RAIN WILL RESULT
IN RUNOFFS IN ARROYOS AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS. RAIN WILL ALSO MOVE
FROM EASTERN SOCORRO INTO LINCOLN COUNTY WHERE OVERNIGHT RAIN
SATURATED CENTRAL AREAS OF THE COUNTY.
