SOUTHEAST PLAINS. BRIEF MODERATE RAIN MAY IMPACT HIGHWAY 70
BETWEEN ROSWELL AND ELKINS...OTHERWISE LIGHT RAINFALL IS EXPECTED.
SOME AREAS THAT MAY SEE SOME OF THE SHOWERS INCLUDE TRUJILLO...
COLONIAS...YESO...ELIDA AND MILNESAND. AREAS OF LOW CLOUDS AND PATCHY
FOG WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP AS WELL. VISIBILITIES MAY BE AS LOW AS
ONE HALF MILE ALONG INTERSTATE 40 NEAR CLINES CORNERS. TRAVELERS
SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION.
