MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 45 MPH. BEFORE 6 AM...AREAS OF REDUCED
VISIBILITIES IN BLOWING DUST WILL IMPACT CLAYTON AND TUCUMCARI AS
WELL AS CLOVIS...AND POSSIBLY TRAVEL ON HIGHWAYS 64 AND 87
AND INTERSTATE 40. VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED TO 1 TO 2 MILES
AT TIMES IN BLOWING DUST.
