         VALID 17/1100Z TO 18/1100Z SEPTEMBER 2014

I.  ATLANTIC REQUIREMENTS
    1. NEGATIVE RECONNAISSANCE REQUIREMENTS.
    2. OUTLOOK FOR SUCCEEDING DAY.....NEGATIVE.
    3. REMARKS:
       A. NOAA WILL CONDUCT A THREE-PLANE RESEARCH MISSION INTO AND
          AROUND HURRICANE EDOUARD ON WEDNESDAY. TAKEOFF TIMES FOR
          NOAA42 AND NOAA49 FROM BERMUDA IS 17/1100Z. TAKEOFF
          TIME FOR NOAA43 FROM ST CROIX IS 17/1600Z.

       B. THE NASA 872 GLOBAL HAWK IS PLANNING TO FLY ANOTHER
          RESEARCH MISSION OVER EDOUARD ON THURSDAY. TAKEOFF
          TIME IS EXPECTED TO BE 18/1100Z.

II. PACIFIC REQUIREMENTS
    1. NEGATIVE RECONNAISSANCE REQUIREMENTS.
    2. SUCCEEDING DAY OUTLOOK.....NEGATIVE.
