.WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE...AS WILL SEAS...IN RESPONSE TO
A SHARP PRESSURE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN APPROACHING LOW PRESSURE FROM
THE WEST AND HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE WESTERN ATLANTIC. WINDS AND
SEAS SHOULD FALL BELOW ADVISORY LEVELS LATE IN THE DAY AS THE
PRESSURE PATTERN BECOMES WEAKER IN THE VICINITY OF AND BEHIND A
COLD FRONT.

AND DECREASING TO AROUND 15 KNOTS BY THIS EVENING.

* SEAS: 3 TO 5 FEET IN APALACHEE BAY TODAY. ELSEWHERE...6 TO 8
FEET OCCASIONALLY UP TO 10 FEET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 20 TO 33 KNOTS...
AND/OR SEAS 7 FEET OR HIGHER...ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
