THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TALLAHASSEE HAS ISSUED A SMALL
CRAFT ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM EDT THIS
AFTERNOON.

*  WINDS: AROUND 20 KNOTS...DECREASING TO 10 TO 15 KNOTS MID TO
   LATE AFTERNOON.

*  WAVES: 5 TO 7 FEET OCCASIONALLY UP TO 9 FEET WELL OFFSHORE. SEAS
   SUBSIDING LATER THIS AFTERNOON.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 20 TO 33 KNOTS...
AND/OR SEAS 7 FEET OR HIGHER...ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
