AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY MORNING. STRONGEST
GUSTS CLOSE TO 25 KNOTS ARE EXPECT TO OCCUR NEAR SAN CLEMENTE
ISLAND. CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE BY LATE THURSDAY MORNING.

33 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE
OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
