* WIND AND WAVES DURING THE GALE WATCH: EXPECT SUSTAINED WINDS
  OF UP TO 28 KNOTS FROM THE NORTHWEST...WITH GUSTS UP TO 38
  KNOTS. THE LARGEST EXPECTED SIGNIFICANT WAVES WILL BE 10 FEET
  WITH A MAXIMUM WAVE HEIGHT OF UP TO 14 FEET POSSIBLE.

* TIMING: THE MAXIMUM WINDS ARE EXPECTED AROUND 2 PM SATURDAY
  WITH THE LARGEST WAVES EXPECTED AROUND 5 PM SATURDAY.
