WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH SATURDAY
MORNING. THE SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

* WINDS...SOUTHERLY WINDS INCREASING TO 15 TO 25 KNOTS LATE
  TONIGHT THEN SHIFTING WEST TO NORTHWEST FOR FRIDAY. GALES TO 35
  KNOTS POSSIBLE FROM FRIDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING.

* WAVES...BUILDING TO 3 TO 5 FEET TONIGHT AND TO 4 TO 8 FEET ON
  FRIDAY. 6 TO 10 FOOT WAVES FRIDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY SATURDAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A GALE WATCH IS ISSUED WHEN THE RISK OF GALE FORCE WINDS OF 34 TO
47 KNOTS HAS SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED...BUT THE SPECIFIC TIMING
AND/OR LOCATION IS STILL UNCERTAIN. IT IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE
ADDITIONAL LEAD TIME FOR MARINERS WHO MAY WISH TO CONSIDER
