* WINDS...WEST TO NORTHWEST 10 TO 20 KTS WITH GUSTS TO 25 KTS
  THROUGH EARLY SUNDAY MORNING.

* WAVES...OFFSHORE WINDS ALONG WITH LIMITED FETCH AND DURATION
  WILL HOLD WAVES TO 1 TO 3 FT. SLIGHTLY HIGHER WAVES ARE
  POSSIBLE TOWARD THE OPEN WATERS AND NEAR DEATHS DOOR.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
