* WINDS...SE 5 TO 10 KT...BECOMING S 15 TO 25 KT TODAY THEN S 25
  TO 35 KT WITH GUSTS TO 40 KT FRIDAY NIGHT INTO SATURDAY. THE
  HIGHEST WINDS WILL BE ACROSS THE NORTH PORTION.

* SEAS...W 8 TO 9 FT AROUND 12 SECONDS BUILDING TO 12 TO 15 FT
  AT 8 TO 10 SECONDS FRIDAY NIGHT. THE STEEPEST SEAS WILL BE
  ACROSS THE NORTH.

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURRING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
