* WINDS: SOUTHWEST WINDS TO 30 KNOTS WILL BECOME WEST AND DIMINISH
  15 TO 25 KNOTS BY THIS EVENING. WINDS WILL VEER NORTHWEST AND
  FARTHER DIMINISH TO 10 KNOTS OR LESS AFTER MIDNIGHT.

* WAVES: WAVES OF 10 TO 14 FEET THIS AFTERNOON WILL SUBSIDE TO 1
  TO 3 FEET TONIGHT.
