STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN AND STRONG GUSTY
WINDS WERE DETECTED BY NWS DOPPLER RADAR. LOCATED ABOUT 5 TO 15
MILES SOUTH OF MONA ISLAND THEY ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE WEST OUT OF
THE FORECAST AREA BEFORE 11:30 PM AST.
