LIGHTNING...ACROSS THE WATERS SURROUNDING THE U.S. VIRGIN
ISLANDS...MOVING NORTHWESTWARD AT AROUND 10 KNOTS.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
