AT 1259 PM AST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING STRONG WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...ACROSS THE
WESTERN COASTAL WATERS OF PUERTO RICO. THESE STORMS ARE PRODUCING
TORRENTIAL RAINFALL...FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND WERE MOVING WESTWARD AT
10 TO 15 KNOTS.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
