  3 NM NORTH OF OVERFALLS SHOAL AND 3 NM SOUTH OF CAPE MAY POINT AT

  8 NM SOUTHWEST OF CAPE MAY REEF AT 515 PM EDT...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
