NORTHWEST OF DELAWARE LIGHTSHIP BUOY 44009...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25
KNOTS.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
  OVER DELAWARE LIGHTSHIP BUOY 44009 AT 900 PM EDT...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
