AT 452 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...OVER JAMAICA
BAY...OR ABOUT 3 NM NORTH OF ROCKAWAY INLET...MOVING EAST AT 10 KT.
THESE WILL BE MOVING THROUGH SOUTHERN COASTLINES OF BROOKLYN AND
QUEENS BEFORE 530 PM.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK
SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
