HAVEN HARBOR TO 10 NM SOUTHWEST OF SMITHTOWN BAY...MOVING EAST AT 20
KT.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 25 KNOTS AND LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM
PASSES.
