...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT CHOCTAWHATCHEE BAY...
THROUGH 700 PM CDT...

AT 606 PM CDT...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WAS LOCATED ALONG A
LINE EXTENDING FROM 22 MILES TO 9 MILES NORTHEAST OF FORT WALTON
BEACH...AND MOVING SOUTH AT 20 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE WATERS NEAR...
  WEST CHOCTAWHATCHEE BAY...                  MID BAY BRIDGE...
  HIGHWAY 331 BRIDGE... EAST CHOCTAWHATCHEE BAY...

THE PRIMARY THREATS FROM THESE STORMS ARE WIND GUSTS UP TO 30
KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD
CONSIDER SEEKING SAFE HARBOR UNTIL THESE STORMS HAVE PASSED.

FREQUENT LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS. IF CAUGHT ON THE
OPEN WATER STAY BELOW DECK IF POSSIBLE AND KEEP AWAY FROM METAL
OBJECTS.
