CEDAR ISLAND...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 KT.

THE STRONG WINDS WILL BE NEAR...
  THE CENTER OF THE PAMLICO SOUND AT 855 AM.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS OF 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES...
AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY OR
