THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING STRONG WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS... OVER SOUTH
CENTRAL WATERS FROM CURRITUCK BEACH LIGHT TO SURF CITY NC FROM 20 TO
40 NM...OR ABOUT 7 NM NORTHEAST OF THE BIG ROCK...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT
20 KT.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS OF 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES...
LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE
HARBOR IMMEDIATELY OR REMAIN IN PORT UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.

INTENSE LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. IF CAUGHT ON THE OPEN
WATER...PUT ON YOUR LIFE VEST...AND STAY BELOW DECK IF POSSIBLE. KEEP
AWAY FROM METAL OBJECTS.
