THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING STRONG WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS... NEAR KITTY
HAWK...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 KT.

THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE...
  OFF SOUTHERN SHORES AND DUCK AT 550 AM.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS OF 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES...
AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY OR
REMAIN IN PORT UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
