SOUTHEAST OF OCRACOKE INLET TO 9 NM SOUTHEAST OF TOPSAIL
BEACH...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 KT.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS OF 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES...
AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY OR
REMAIN IN PORT UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
