A MARINE WEATHER STATEMENT HAS BEEN ISSUED UNTIL 415 PM EDT FOR THE
FOLLOWING AREAS...
  COASTAL WATERS FROM CHOKOLOSKEE TO BONITA BEACH FL OUT 20 NM...

AT 318 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 7 NM EAST OF
NAPLES TO NEAR MARCO ISLAND TO 8 NM SOUTH OF CAPE ROMANO...MOVING
NORTHWEST AT 15 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
