WATERSPOUTS...

THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  WATERS FROM JUPITER INLET TO PALM BEACH FL FROM 20 TO 60 NM...

AT 1029 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SHOWER...CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING WATERSPOUTS. THIS SHOWER WAS LOCATED 21 NM EAST OF PALM
BEACH SHORES...MOVING SOUTH AT 5 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.

WATERSPOUTS ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS ACTIVITY. REMAIN ON THE ALERT IN
CASE WARNINGS ARE ISSUED FOR WATERSPOUT DEVELOPMENT.

REPORT SEVERE WEATHER TO THE COAST GUARD OR NEAREST LAW ENFORCEMENT
AGENCY. THEY WILL RELAY YOUR REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE
FORECAST OFFICE.
