  COASTAL WATERS FROM DEERFIELD BEACH TO OCEAN REEF FL OUT 20 NM...
  WATERS FROM DEERFIELD BEACH TO OCEAN REEF FL FROM 20 TO 60 NM
  EXCLUDING THE TERRITORIAL WATERS OF BAHAMAS...

AT 841 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED 12 NM EAST OF TRIUMPH REEF...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
