CHESAPEAKE BAY FROM SANDY POINT TO NORTH BEACH MD-
CHESAPEAKE BAY FROM NORTH BEACH TO DRUM POINT MD-
PATAPSCO RIVER INCLUDING BALTIMORE HARBOR-
1038 AM EDT WED APR 16 2014

...LOW WATER LEVELS...

STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS HAVE CAUSED WATER LEVELS TO BE 2 TO 3 FEET
BELOW NORMAL ALONG THE WESTERN SHORE OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY. THIS
CONDITION OF BLOW OUT TIDES MAY CAUSE BOATS TO BECOME GROUNDED.
WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BEGIN TO LESSEN LATE THIS AFTERNOON...
ALLOWING THE WATERS TO START TO RETURN TO NORMAL LEVELS.
